I'm not a fan of that site in general. I tend to stick with the builds on http://leaguecraft.com/champion since the GOOD guides will actually have proper tips on how to play the champion and why they chose what items/alternate item builds. Search out the guide with the most comments from the latest update (Even one update back may still be viable) for whatever champ you want and enjoy. I use a Sona build from Mobafire and got like, fucking 30 assists. I have never gotten that many assists jesus christ it was almost every fucking kill.

But it's not hard to play Sona and get assists. I dare say she's the new Queen Slut of Assists. (De-throning Janna)
