Cottage friggen cheese (and other delicious snacks)

Since I'm slowly attempting to change my diet into something remotely better I've been trying to snack on cottage cheese and jam when I'm hungry. God damn that shit is delicious.

What's your favorite healthy snack?

Greek yogurt and kashi go lean.

Carrots/celery and ranch
Ridiculously flavored yogurts like key lime and red velvet

Wallaby's has fucking delicious yogurts.

Cottage cheese is fucking gross.

The only thing I eat a lot that's sort of healthy is fresh fruit. I also eat like brown rice a lot because I like it more than white rice.

Interestingly in the last year I pretty much stopped eating healthy food and I have lost weight as a result. I have no idea why

I'm not assmad at all. I completely understand why someone would find cottage cheese revolting. I like it, but I can recognize that it's gross.

I would probably never have tried it if I hadn't had it when I was tiny.

I'm going to third the fact that cottage cheese is gross.

Also, why can't sour cream be healthy? I could eat that shit on anything.

Who in their right mind would eat oatmeal plain? It's like eating yogurt with nothing in it, not even sugar! Or or just toast without any jam or butter!

Two words: Sky Flakes. They are like saltines but made with less salt and more butter. Holy shit. They come in an enormous box and are individually packaged and are pretty much the best snack ever because you can eat them plain or you can have them with a spread. I like whipped cream cheese on them. Which is why I am fat.
Also, Persian cucumbers.

Cottege cheese with canned peaches is DELICIOUS.
Also grapefruit with brown sugar on top, but I don't know if that makes it unhealthy?

I have never had grapefruit with my Brown Sugar. I want to make this happen.

I like that grapefruits have their own spoons.

And it's like the most badass looking spoon ever too. Like, it'll fucking take on any sort of meal if it could.

There's a spoon just for grapefruits?
